Fellowship Dinner Honoring the Military

You are invited to a Fellowship Dinner to honor those who have served or are presently serving in the military.

Sunday, May 20, 5:00 pm, Fellowship Hall

Please bring: A-G - dessert; H-O - side; P-Z - entrée

A slide show is being prepared of our members’ service photos. Please drop your photos by the church office in a labeled envelope by May 6. Photos will be returned.

 

 VBS 2012

June 4th - 7th, 5:30 - 8:00 pm

Children age 3 through 6th grade are invited to attend!

If you are interested in helping with VBS this summer, please email Sara Ermel at saraermel@gmail.com .

Youth, 7th grade and older, may serve as VBS helpers IF they participate in the upcoming VBS training AND Youth Reducing the Risk Training. If you would like to serve as a VBS Youth Helper, please contact Sara Ermel or Shawn Kadlecik as soon as possible.

 

BABY BOTTLE BOOMERANG

You are invited to pick up a baby bottle from the table in Fellowship Hall. By filling the bottle with loose change, you will support Pregnancy Help Center and Safe Haven. Last year, Pregnancy Help Center collected over $48,000 from the project.

The filled bottles are due back BY June 17. Filled Bottles may be left on the table in the narthex or in the church office. Thanks to our FPC Mission Team for coordinating our participation in the fundraiser.

 

NO GURLS ALLOUD

The NGA Men’s Fellowship continues its weekly breakfast at 8:00 am on Saturday in Fellowship Hall. The requirement for participation is….being a male. Our purpose is food, fun, a little talk about Jesus, and getting to know someone new. All men are invited!

 

 NEW STEP STUDY

A new Celebrate Recovery Step Study will begin soon. Anyone who took part in Life’s Healing Choices and is interested in working the steps should contact Doug Bush at 417-8557.

The Step Study is planned for Monday evenings at 7:00 pm.
